1. Introduction

Welcome to Block Method. Block Method is a simple productivity app designed to help users build momentum through timed focus blocks.

By downloading or using Block Method, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

These Terms are between Spark Media Limited ("we", "us", "our") and you. Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no responsibility for the App or its content.

2. Eligibility

Block Method is suitable for all ages.

The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, distribute, reverse-engineer, or modify the App without our written permission.

3. Scope of License

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Block Method on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

4. Maintenance and Support

Spark Media Limited is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for Block Method. Apple has no obligation to provide any support or maintenance services.

5. Warranty

Block Method is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

If the App fails to meet an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any).

Beyond this, Apple has no warranty obligations. All other claims, issues, or liabilities are the responsibility of Spark Media Limited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spark Media Limited is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from your use of the App.

Block Method provides general productivity tools only. You use the App at your own discretion and risk.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, branding, and design elements within Block Method are the property of Spark Media Limited.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

8. Legal Compliance

You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as a "terrorist-supporting" country, and you are not listed on any U.S. government restricted-party lists.

9. Pricing and Payments

Block Method offers one-time purchases and/or subscription plans.

  • Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region.
  • Payments on Apple devices are charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
  • No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription.

10. Updates and Changes

We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Block Method after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Third-Party Beneficiaries

You and Spark Media Limited acknowledge that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Apple has the right to enforce these Terms against you.
